The Magnolia Manor Apartments are conveniently located near Seattle’s popular eateries, which include the Wine Passport, Katina’s Kitchen, and Salmon Bay Marine Center and the attraction known as Salmon Bay Marine Center. The complex offers one bedroom and one-bathroom apartments with multiple floor plans for what many find to be a reasonable rate. Reviews explained that the rooms are spacious with large windows and overall the setup is organized, however there was a roofing issue that was solved immediately a few years ago. There has not been any issue with the roof since.
