Apartment Review for One Thousand Eigth Ave Apartments

The noise is out of control, the occupants are ghetto and the worst aspect is the the overall condition of the building and the staff. The manager, Kanika, is a total homewrecking whore. One day while picking up a parcel in a secluded portion of the office she started telling me about her boob job, then proceeded to corner me and try to make a pass at me. The worst part is I have had 3 or 4 other male residents tell me almost the EXACT same story. The assisstant manager Josh Lopez is by far one of the most incompetant idiots I have ever met. He is totally unable to return phone calls, or do even the slightest favor for a tenant. I also know he frequently makes mistakes on billing which comes out of my pocket. The energy bills in the winter were almost 400 dollars a month! The only good aspect of this place is the maintenence staff, and it's a good things as low quality as these apartments are. Freqent robberies and burgluries as well. NEVER, EVER, MOVE HERE. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM - they will drain you for every penny they can
