Apartment Review for Radford Court

The place is really a good one if you want to raise your family in it. But.....the management sucks!!!!
I think Management is a very big part for tenets to feel welcome and comfortable living in the apartments. Without a good management, even if this place is heaven, the rating goes to **** (by express).
