Apartment Review for San Juan Apartments

Ok so when I moved in they are doing construction right in front of my apartment and that sucked. However I cant imagine that any apartment in the direct downtown Seattle area is quiet and peaceful when you leave the windows open. The apartment is neat and clean and offers good pricing. I have only had two small maintenance issues and they were addressed right away. The staff is so friendly and while it may not be a totally safe area it is a safe building.
