Apartment Review for San Juan Apartments

I moved in here Jan. 2010 when the management was on site. The managers were amazing and helpful. About 6 months ago the bldg was bought by a bank so we no longer have on-site management. I've seen drug dealers in and outside of the "locked" gate at all hours. Since the bank took over they've allowed some loud, inconsiderate jerks to move in. It takes at least 5 phone calls to reach the mgr. The grounds have not been maintained and most of my neighbors have left. I'm soon to follow.
