Apartment Review for The Alexan

Inexperienced on-site management unresponsive and ineffective. Property not kept clean, grounds not picked up regularly, hallways filthy, laundry rooms filthy (machines not maintained,) mail room a disaster, complete lack of outdoor safety lighting--lights burned out for 6 months! Management refuses to address the problem. Resident issues handled badly or ignored. Uncaring and amateurish attitude. Appalling lack of customer service. Management company, Pinnacle, has no standards, and holds the on-site team to none. This place used to be well maintained until Pinnacle took charge, then it really went downhill fast. Would never live at another Pinnacle property. <P>
