Apartment Reviews for The Park At Northgate - Seattle

Park at northgate is a nice place to live. In the summer there is a huge pool thats heated, BBQ (nice to have when you run out of propane!) Parking is good, as one space is assigned. Second car you may have to look for a spot, can be difficult at times.
Noise is actually good. We hear occassional noise from our neighbors, but it is apartment living. I have a dog, and the grounds are great for walking. I rented here because of the location, everything I can walk to, even hop on a bus to downtown if this suits me. The maintenace super is awesome, and the manager is a sweetie. Sure there a car break ins, but that does not matter, as EVERYWHERE I have lived there is always an issue - that's why I have insurance, for ******* who like to seal my stuff. Nothing that the apartments can do.
