Apartment Review for Vali Hai

I have lived in this apartment complex for 5 months now. In this time 2 residents have been evicted, the police have been called more than 10 times, and my brand new RAV 4 was dented in over 15 places by an inconsiderent tennant. The walls are paper thin, allowing no privacy and you hear absolutely all surrounding tennants. The parking is expensive and not secured, the pool and sana listed are unkempt and are never used. The "beautiful terrace" is a landscape of weeds and dead flowers with watering hoses strung all over creating a safety hazzard and an eye sore. I have been waiting for over a month to have a repair completed. My main window has such a large leak I have 5! glasses all along the ledge of this window to catch the incoming water from the rain-and we know how often it rains in Seattle. When I was given the keys to the apartement it hadn't been painted and I had to demand that it get done before I moved in and it look awful. None of the fixtures were removed, in fact there is a perferct square around the smoke detector because they were to lazy to do it right. The complex sprays a disgusting pesticide in the apartments every other month that they don't warn you about when signing the lease. They claim it is preventative, but I have an infestation of bugs in my shower that has yet to be addressed. They claim they cover you heat, but they only turn the heat on around 6 pm at night. You freeze during the day and you can't sleep at night because it is so hot. I can only tell you don't do it!!!! I can't tell you how awful it is!!!! Don't let the view fool you, because it is not worth it!!! <P>
