Apartment Reviews for Winchester Heights - Seattle

Although the building is nothing special, the interior of the apartments are clean and relatively new. The management is wonderful and went out of the way to help me with any problems I had. We had a problem with pigeons on the balconies, and they even had it cleaned while I was away.

Definitely better than most places in Seattle for the medium price range. Reserved garage parking, no break-ins and nice neighbors. (650-700 for 1 bdrm)
