Ballenger Commons, a beautiful, HUGE apartment complex. Although the grounds are kept beautiful all year Ballenger Commons is not so beautiful on the insides. When you pay 1200 for a tiny two bedroom apartment in a 26 BUILDING complex you expect more than dollar store fixtures. When something breaks (like a door randomly falls of hinges or dryed stops working because vents lead to litteraly nowhere and they have to cut a hole in the celing outside your apartment which is still there after a year) you expect better quality. I have had one car stolen and one broken into. When I reported this to management their reply was "Its the economy." When my son had a bike stolen from right outside our door management replied that it was a fire hazard anyway. If you enjoy paing premium prices for trailor quality maybe Ballenger commons is for you!
