Review for The Ridgetop Apartments

Ridgetop Apartments management team is beyond unsatisfactory. In my opinion, management excels when there is a dual economical and customer satisfaction emphasis. Apparently Ridgetop Apartments has no incentive to gain customer satisfaction. For starters, they have in place plywood gates within every balcony. This plywood decreases the surface area of the balcony by two square feet and not to mention it is far from aesthetically appealing. The management had said this would be removed by the middle of the summer and yet it still stands. Then I was recently informed, by another unsatisfied tenant, that the plywood has been in place since March 2007 and still nothing has been done. Is this efficient? I understand improvements need to be made but, really, is this efficient? I had a plethora of alternative ideas within seconds of staring at the space-limiting, unappealing bolted wood cluttering mine and my neighbor’s balconies.

I am just in awe of Ridgetop’s lack of initiative to please their customers and in awe of their unorganized business strategies. Their lax work hours and inconsistent operations is mind blowing. Numerous times have I called and the manager is not available (I call this M.I.A.) and the secretary seems to be boggled by any straightforward request. I guess a nine to five work day is abnormal at Ridgetop. Not to mention the free tanning advertised has never been available, staff attitudes are unpleasing and their appearance is far from professional and dog feces litter the greens. Ridgetop Apartments is in shambles.

I strongly believe Ridgetop has the potential to be an exceptional apartment complex. It is nestled between other luxurious apartment complexes and sits atop a mountain-view hill perfect for a summer sunset. Reputation in a business is everything and Ridgetop’s is dwindling down a catastrophic path. Ridgetop Apartment complex needs an urgent management house cleaning.
