i love it here me and my husband have lived here for 2 years we were in a one bedroom now in a 2 bedroom for a great price everything is remodeled all new applicances and when i ask them to fix something it gets done the next day. our covered parking spot we can see outside of our bedroom window which is awesome. im not sure what everyone is complanning about but maybe they just had some bad experience. The office staff is great they don't treat you like just another tenant they treat you like family even when they are off the clock always willing to chat and make sure your day is going good. as to the one that is complaining about having to pay another pet deposit what do you expect pets are not cheap and they do destroy stuff! maintence guys are great and funny! well i hope this helped yes they have come along way since we first moved in but when we first moved in they just took over like a week before so everything was hecktic! i love this place not planning on moving until we buy a house! also they make sure it is safe for everyone they have security driving around every night to make sure everything is going good i see them all the time!
