The parking is horrible if someone is hosting a small party. People are always parking out on the street too, but that doesn't matter much because the complex is situated on a dead end street. NOISY. I hear my upstairs neighbor's kids trotting/jumping/running around ALL THE TIME. I also can hear my downstairs neighbors music. You can tell these apartments were mass produced because of the crappy materials they used for insulating from noise and weather. Management is great, they're always friendly to me. The maintenance crew is fabulous and always discreet. Would recommend overall.
