I moved recently from the Midwest excited to live in "New" Apartments in Spokane. To my dismay, the carpets were stained, the unit smelled of cigarette smoke, and the walls had stains on them. Goodluck trying to find a parking spot after the gates close. They rarely if ever check to make sure non-residents aren't parking inside the gates after hours. I often times have to park outside the apartment gates. Dog poop is everywhere in the courtyard in between apartments. Mangagment is rude - Maint. is phenomenal on the other hand...very quick to repair and help out if needed!! Very noisey. Can hear every footstep above and voices below, neighbors disconcerning about noise levels. Would not recommend for families or older couples, you'd be disappointed. I lived in better conditions in college dorms!!
