I found the place to be quite and well kept. The staff was friendly and responsive to your needs. The price was very reasonable. The only drawback was on a rare occasion you would get a whiff of the rendering plant across the river.

I like the location parking sucks and the smell of the rendering plant is horrible but it is right next to the river and running trail great for summer... My only major complaint is that the office staff seems to never be around.

We have lived at Beau Rivage for almost a year and a half, and have had mixed experiences in our time here. The complex is just across the river from the rendering plant, and the smell can be quite strong. The 'gym' consists of a universal gym, cross country ski machine (broken), an exercise bike (broken), and a treadmill (broken). The gym is not accessible to tenants until the office is open for the day (8 am on weekdays and 12pm on weekends), even with your office key.
The apartments themselves are very spacious (wheelchair accessible) and have nice layouts. The green spaces are well maintained. They have a high non-refundable pet deposit ($300) and do not allow dogs.
