Where do i begin on this place. Apartment manager is EXTREMELY shady, stole an apartment from another tenant who wanted a 2 bedroom (then raised the rent $100 on a similar apt they wanted), came into my apartment when i wasn't home, manager and his girlfriend have 5 cars between them with limited street parking already. Even the manager's boss was on his side about all these matters, which made it extremely aggravating. I will never rent from Keimle & Hagood again, EVER, and I suggest you do the same, unless you like headaches. Took 4 months to get new blinds put in my apartment, and have heard similar horror stories from other tenants when it comes to getting them fixed.
Geez!! This is really old! That manager was fired in July of 2008 and the next one was fired after three months! You can't blame the company for giving someone a chance to improve their state in life...if he can't do the job the way it's supposed to be done, then he needs to go. At least they knew that much and fired the last two. The current manager is doing an awesome job...things are getting fixed that haven't been fixed for years and the place is clean! I'm glad I live here now.
I have heard that previous managers of the Breslin did a horrible job. However, the new manager (Barb) has really cleaned house. I've talked with other tenants that said the building was in poor condition and did not feel safe before Barb took over as the resident manager. Since, then the problem tenants have left and repairs are being made that the previous managers neglected for years. The owner of this building really needs to hang on to this manager because she will keep good tenants and take great care of their building.
