Apartment Reviews for Cedar Hollow Estates - Spokane

We have been here since Feb 2010 and love it. Honestly at first the management sucked but all new staff is here and it's nice. They usually take care of your concerns and listen. The pool and courtyard is awesome. I have 2 kids and a dog and they love it! Also a grocery store, gas station, elementary school, 5 restaurants, and a library is blA ock or less away!

It was important for me to find a place that would take my 80 lb lab but there is no weight restriction, they just wont take aggressive breeds and they had the lowest pet fee on the South Hill.The apartments aren't the newest but I don't mind because the last place I lived, they charged me an arm and a leg for little damages (the stove knob had to be "special" ordered) because they were brand new. I loved that there weren't any hidden fees (water/sewer, garage, pet rent), they were very honest about the charges up front. Management and maintenance seem to run the place pretty well.

I think these apartments are so cute and homey! I loved calling this place home for the last 2 years. Awesome staff, great maintenance, GREAT location and I have lived at a lot of apartments and this is by far the best place. They have events like giving free breakfast to residents on the go and yard sales. Overall, great place to live.... would recommend to anyone looking for quiet, stress-free living and want that "South Hill" feel. Love it!

When I moved in they painted a red accent wall for me and have been so great with everything! I moved from another place on the south hill and even though Cedar Hollow isnt as new, it's pretty here and they maintain the landscaping so well and have a great maintenance team. Last week they had a yard sale in the courtyard which was so much fun. I got to meet a lot of the residents here and was pleasantly surprised that so many of them had been living here for 5+ years. I love it here and am planning on staying until I buy a house. I highly recommend this place to everyone and have referred two friends here who are moving in this month. Great place to call home and perfect location!

I have been living here for 9 years and recently got transferred for my job and now have an hour commute. I started looking around for an apartment closer to my work and came across this site. I do not undrstand how any of these things written here can be true. As I mentioned, I have been here for nine years! I rent a two bedroom on the bottom floor and my patio faces the courtyard and it is just beautiful! Office staff has always been so helpful whenever I needed something. Their maintenance guy has been there for years and is just wonderful! I can say he truly takes pride in his work and knows how to keep the residents happy and always fixes things in my apartment the same day I write in a work order. I love it here and have referred my two best friends who have lived here in the past. After I started looking for a new apartment, I can't find anything that compares and plan on staying despite the hour commute. I have to say that I am very skeptical of these comments written here. I'm just saying, there are two sides to each story. I highly recommend going and seeing for yourself!!

I moved in at Cedar Hollow in late June. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I was a little skepitical reading reviews but they seemed a little outdated. I moved from the East Coast to go to Gonzaga Law and the office manager went above and beyond taking pictures of the apartment and emailing them to me since I couldn't see the aptartment before I moved in. My calls were always returned same day. Their maintenance staff is wonderful. They got me a new ac within a day of mine breaking dead in the middle of summer. The property is gorgeous! My balcony overlooks the courtyard which they maintain very well. Oh and they're pet friendly :) I will keep this updated if things change...

We have lived here for awhile. The management and staff is sub-par. Most of the people who have garages do not use them so there is not much room for people without them. Terrible cupboard space. Washer and dryer do not work very well. Refrigerator tempature control does not work very well. Our water heater does not work properly. We can hear every foot step in the apartment above us. Not to mention the mold problem in every window in the apartment.
