Apartment Review for Cavalla

The title should say it all, but, you'll want to hear more.

The management of this complex is a joke. Marge (the manager) will promise the world, and deliver nothing. When you're checking out the apt. she will tell you all the wonderful things, deals she can work out, etc. Never believe a word that comes out of her mouth, until you get it in writing. If it's not written down, you won't get it. Period. No joke.

She loves to talk about people, and she loves to put people down. I have never heard her say anything nice about anyone. She'll happily tell you someone's moving out because they're getting a divorce, or who's a single Mom raising a baby. It's so sad, and it's a horrible thing to have to be confronted with her.

The apts are ok, but, she will nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING!! Don't plan on getting a dime of your deposit back. Just don't. Know that moving in, and you won't be disappointed. Whatever 'deal' she worked with you will have disappeared at this point, so you might as well just move on.

The garages are BIG, but, they SUCK! Moisture that is. Don't put anything on the ground. It will get wet. Moisture comes up from underneath. All year, not just in the wet months.

The parking basically sucks if you don't put your car in your garage.

This apartment complex is NOT kid friendly, OR kid safe. People drive too fast, and there are rules against skateboards, bikes, etc.

VERY white neighborhood. Enough said.

Move on. There are much better places out there.
