I COMPLETLY AGREE with the other review!! We moved in thinking it was a nice HONEST older lady running the appartments. MAN WERE WE WRONG!!! We should have gotten EVERYTHING she said in writing!! She even said we refused to sign the move out walk through when in actuality WE WEREN'T EVEN THERE WHEN SHE DID IT!! Now we "owe" them over $4000!!! If you decide to move here (which I WOULD NOT recomend) make sure you get EVERYTHING she says on paper or recorded somehow!!

    This resident signed a year lease and then moved everything out during the night; canceling 3 appts. after with the Manager and the Property Manager to work out a payment plan. Therefore obviously wasn't present during the walk-through. The monies owing had little to do with the condition of the apt. but rather the fact of past, present, and future rent owed plus utilities. Everything "promised" was backed up by the lease.
