In 25 years of renting homes, living in govt. quarters, and owning homes, we have never encountered such unprofessional staff specifically Melissa Loudin and Rob White. We don't think they get it that they are in a customer service industry. They will tell you one thing then do another. They have signs all over that state that they "love their residents"--quite the oppostie. Also, "friendly reminders" are left all over to tell you what will happen if you don't due this or that. We are aware that apartments have to have rules but if managers want to keep good tenants such as ourselves who are professionals, pay our rent on time, and are quiet then management should in turn treat their tenants honestly and courteously. We don't know what issues Ms. Loudin has, perhaps she is burned out on the job and should look into another job our get some professional training and counseling on dealing with tenants and her employees. Spend more and look elsewhere. Renter BEWARE. We're sure management will post a good review.
