I hate living here! I moved here so I could pay less rent and pay off my car sooner. The apartment is cheap and includes ALL utilities including POWER. Thats wonderful too because the windows SUCK you can feel the wind blowing on your couch! Or is that the neighbors bass?!? At first the management was really nice and then the new management was even nicer, then came the new new management. Shannon is on a very high mountain, and by high I do mean the crack that she bought from anyone of the "classy" residents of this lovely COMPLEX! I guarantee this is the only review of this place because nobody else here owns a computer, and if they do its my old one I sat down by the dumpster that didn't even last long enough for me to walk away! There is no parking here because all the Islanders and their WHOLE family and every friend they EVER had parks here and then their cars wont start so they just leave them. They reserve parking for staff that live here so its even worse and then there are at least 3 vehicles that have not moved an inch in 3 months, either the owner figured out that food stamps don't buy gas or the car is scared stiff! They don't paint the stalls well so beware when you come home one tired rainy night and you drive threw the poorly lit parking lot and get extremely excited when you find a space only half way across the parking lot only to find in the morning that your car has been towed. Please believe it wasn't so much because you were parked in a very poorly marked spot but because you were taking that spot from one of the NASTY employee's friends or family! And apparently "fire lane" was amended to fire and Comcast because they don't seem to care if they park there, only long time residents cant park there. The trash is WAY TOO FAR AWAY and you need a cell phone with a panic button to walk through this shady place. since I've lived here (18 months) 4 people have been killed, as in murdered, and one just died. Fights occur in the court yard nightly as well as right in front of my front door. the neighbor and her whole unit smells like rotting pussy and her cat comes into my window just to get away from it all! There are laundry rooms that are always in use and I end up taking my stuff else where. The only good thing about this apartment is that I know my car is safe from break ins because those people are roaming around in your neighborhood. You can hear every little noise EVER and for me I just let it go. I understand its old and cheap. But for my crack head neighbors who need a little CPS intervention, they seem to think they tip toe around and I'm the loud neighbor. PLEASE! I have two kids and an infant, sorry if my 3 year old runs every where she goes. I'm surprised you can even hear it over the loud slapping sound your hand makes on your kid and the cry that can be heard by the prostitutes out on S. Tacoma Way! Not to mention the bass that literally rattles the pictures crooked on my wall. Not that they would care because all their lovely family photo's are tacked to the wall with no frame! And honestly people WHO NEEDS TO GET INTO THIER CLOSET THAT MANY TIMES AT 3AM? DOES YOUR CRACK DEALER LIVE IN THERE???
Sometimes, in my happiest of dreams, I dream I come home and this whole place is up in flames, the buildings and the people!!!
If you are reading this you obviously have a computer and if you have a computer then you are WAY too classy to live here!
