The management was replaced about a month after we moved in. There was an error on our rental agreement that was verbally agreed on over us and the old management. Unfortunately I did not have a new rental agreement printed up and when Kay took over she said she had no record of agreement and rent was raised. Upon move out she charged us $400 for things like a finger print & string on light fixture, an "unapproved" mirror in the bathroom which was there when we moved in, new drip pans on the stove even though i had replaced them with the same brand upon move out and hand prints etc. on walls even though we were already billed for normal cleaning.
