Apartment Review for North Point At Creek Side

These apartments are HORRIBLE. I could live with all the mold and small critters, but the amount of money they expect you to pay is insane. They raise the rent by at least $50 every time we renewed. After the third year of this I tried to negotiate the rent. They took 2 weeks to respond and because they were slow at responding I had to pay rent for the next month (which ended up being the month-to-month rate of $1080) The management and staff makes these apartments unbearable and horrible. It should be illegal the way they suck money out from their tenants.
