Apartment Review for Park Place By The Woods

A couple of months after moving in, my partner and I hated Park Place. One word I could describe Park Place: TRASHY. We could always hear yelling and domestic fights downstairs, Sometimes, I feel unsafe with some of the residents living in our building. People can't cook so there would be fire alarms going off. The laundry facilities were small and trashy. The building we were staying at was always a mess. The walls were dirty, trash was everywhere on the stairs, so maintenance was poor. <P>
It was always hard to find parking spaces - that became really frustrating. And the small swimming pool: residents of Park Place are so dirty, they even make the swimming look like mud. It's disgusting! Then we had new neighbors... and guess what? They would blast their music past midnight and before dawn every single day. I tolerated it for about a month until I had enough of it. So I called management to report noise disruptions. What did they do about it? NOTHING. <P>
Management sucks. Park Place is a **** hole. Nothing but dirty people. The interior is horrible. Chipped paint all over the place, laminated fake wood on cabinets would peel off, the bathtub would continuously be clogged, and they paint on metal. (Who does that?) Everywhere you go, you'll see yellow worn paint and then a million white spots to cover stains on the walls. How cheap is that! Park Place is TACKY and TRASHY! Do NOT move in here! <P>
