The managers are terrible. They are liars, decievers and scam artists. Conam does this rediculous questionare every year but they don't pay attention to the complaints. Complaints are never addressed and as the last review stated, they are "underhanded, Decietful and incompetent". describes them honestly. The owners know this and continue to keep it this way in spite of the complaints and the unhappy tenants! They are totally unconcerned for the tenants and find underhanded ways to sqeeze as much money out of even the best tentants and give as little as possible. They do as little as possible spending more time trying to figure out how to scam tenants than how to please them and do the work neccessary. They are treacherous and cover for each other with lies. They don't settle things fairly and only want money but do nothing to improve this place. very few of the ammenities work. This is the managment from hell!! don't move here. you'll regret it! i did!
