Stop! Don't do what your about to do. Don't rent here! Let me tell you why. Renting at this place brings me back to when I was in WWII in the Nazi concentration camps. Not only do you work hard to stay at this place, but you also have to deal with the Nazi magagement, which is so sexually agressive if you turn down her offers, that that's where the problems seem to begin. Then she's got a son that stays here rent free, not only that, but he beats his wife. I have witnessed and heard of it several times. He was evicted from the particular apartment he was living in, but still he lives in this complex, in another apartment. I dont know if its under his name but just the same activities are still going on. I feel bad for the people that have to live in the same building with him, i can only imagine they dont get much sleep. I fear for the childrens' safety because of his lifestyle thus far. This person ive seen several times, so much traffic in and out of his apartment late at night, either parties or meth activity, or both. How could a responsible parent that he is supposed to be with two young children allow people in and out of his apartment all hours of the day. Maybe CPS should be looking into this for the childrens' well-being. The apartment complex in itself, is acceptable, but not desireable. Especially not for the price you pay. Myself, i have lived here for about a year and a half. If i had a choice to go anywhere else, i would not hesitate a second. In the beginning, the rent is as mentioned in the brochure. But after a couple of months, will raise astronomically with no warning. I paid November's rent, paid December's rent and paid half in January. The management agreed to work with me on that like they did in the past. but then i got an eviction notice not one week later. Now i have to fight this at court because of the magager chooses personal life over business. So now I'm stuck having to schedule my life and my child's life around the court hearings, because i happened to offend the manager by mentioning the problems of her son and his lifestyle/activities, and the things he has done towards me. Good luck if you decide to choose living in these apartments. And best steer clear of offending the manager.
