When we moved here almost 3 years ago, this place was great. the rates were low and the YMCA membership was an added bonus. However, it is an incredibly loud place to live. The walls are super thin to point that we can hear word for word our neighbors conversations. There are kids running all around the apartment complex and screaming, and the staff seems nice, but very fake. Also our rent has increased $100 just this year alone. We were content and could handle the thin walls, screaming kids, and fake staff, until the cost of the place got to this point.
This would be a great place for right out of high school or college...that seems to be the demographic they are hitting.
