Apartment Review for Kings Gate

To date, this quaint little community has been my favorite amongst my many rental experiences.
I was fortunate enough to land one of the duplexes and loved living there. I enjoyed having my own flower beds to tend to and made good use of the backyard patio.
Anita was a kind, attentive, organized and well informed manager. She saw that my needs and maintenance requests were always met.
The community itself is in a less than desirable area of town, but Kings Gate is tucked away from the main arterials and rent was impossible to beat. The grounds were constantly maintained and landscaping looked good year round.
If you don t mind the location, and older units, this place is truly a hidden gem.
