If you are willing to wait until you move for any repairs you'll be in good shape. Heaven forbid you're busy and leave some dishes in the sink because they'll write you up for it. I have been harrased for having guests in my house overnight. Also since I have lived here my tires have been flattened, my lugnuts loosened which almost resulted in a tragedy with my children in the car! Don't let the mercer county sherrif dept fool you I think they are sleeping in their apt. Also I have noticed that we have drug dogs here constantly that doesn't make me feel safe to know that the drug problem is that bad here.
