Presidio is a very nice place. I have not had any issues with the management they have always been good to me...apartment is great Maintenance always done same day I call.

Presidio is a great place to live!!! I have lived here for 6 years and LOVE IT! The apartments are great, they are very large and built well. The amenities are wonderful, and the maintenance is impeccable! You will be very happy here.

I have lived at Presidio for the past 5 years and I love it here. The apartments are very nice and they take care of everything so quickly, maintenance is always done the same day that I call! If you are looking for a nice place you can't go wrong with Presidio!

The apartments are nice but what got me was all the extras that are included in the rent price....the pool is awesome. I love having a garage. The walking trails are beautiful as well as a great workout!! I also I also love the work out facility Very well thought out. I am very pleased!

Great apartments very large with a lot of storage space. They are a little strict with their lease but that is why it is so nice here. You never hear you neighbors music or any partying. There is never any junk or trash laying around the grounds. The management and staff are very friendly and most helpful. I have never had a problem with them. This is my second time living here. When I moved before I did get most of my security deposit back, and I got an itemized list of everything they charged me for. When I decided to sell my house there was no question about where I wanted to live there is no place that even compares to Presidio, and they had always taken great care of me. I will never rent from anyone else!

I have just moved back to the area after being gone for ten years. I have looked at all the apartments in charleston and the surrounding areas and Presidio is by far the nicest. The apartments are large and very nice the grounds are always well kept. The rent is low when you consider everything you get .It is so nice here and really feels like home. You will love it here!!

Great place, at a great price!

I have lived here for 3 years and I will never live anywhere else. The apartments are very nice. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The view from on top of this hill is amazing year round. It is a very nice modern homey atmosphere. The management takes great care of everything. Maintenance is always done as soon as you call, and they are always very courteous. The staff and owner have always went out of their way to help me and to be kind. Presidio is an all around great place to live!!!!

Great place very large apartments. Too many amenities to mention! The grounds are always perfect! I have lived here for almost 2 years and love it. I would not live anywhere else!

Presidio is a great place to live. I normally do not write reviews but I had to in this case. As a result of my job I frquently have to relocate so I have lived in many different apartment communities. This is by far the nicest place that I have ever lived. The amount of amenities, square footage, and the garage that you get for the price is unheard of. The office and maintenance staff are very courteous and professional. I love the fact that everytime I call someone answers the phone, I have never gotten an answering machine, no matter when I call even if it is on the weekend or in the eveing. Everytime that I havee called for maitenance it has been done before I got home that evening. The apartments themselves are very nice. They are very large and when I moved in I did not have to clean anything, all I had to do was move my stuff in, the apartment was perfect. The pool is amazing and the atmosphere there is so relaxing with the sound of the water from the fountain. They are strict with their rules but that is why the complex is so nice. I have never had an issue with noise from the adjoining apartments so they must be built very well. The community is very well run and so clean! I have lived here for the last 3 years and love it. Everything is very well thought out, they even have walking trails. This is by far the nicest apartment community that I have ever lived in, and as I said before I have lived in alot!!! A+++++

Presidio is a wonderful place to live. I normally do not write reviews but I just had to in this case. Because of frequent relocation with my job I have lived in many different apartment communities, and this is by far the nicest place that I have ever lived. The amount of amenities and square footage that you get for the price is unheard of. The office and maintenance staff are very courteous and professional. I love the fact that every time I call the office someone answers the phone, I have never got an answering machine even on weekends and evenings. Every time I have called for maintenance it has been done before I came home that evening. Everyone who works there is very helpful. I had at one point flown out of town to do a presentation for work. When I got there I realized that I had forgotten part of the presentation on the kitchen countertop in my apartment. I called the leasing office to see if they could have someone go into my apartment and get it for me, and then sent it to me via Fed Ex so I had it the following day for my presentation. Most places would not have taken the time to do that. The apartments themselves are very nice. The are very large with a tons of closet space. When I moved in the apartment was spotless, I did not have to clean anything, just move my stuff in. The pool is nice too, the fountain makes it very relaxing. It does close a bit early (7:00 pm) but hey you can't have everything. They are strict with their rules but that is why the complex is so nice. I have never had an issue with noise from the adjoining apartments so they must be built pretty well. The community is very well run. There is a hill coming up to the complex (which worried me a bit when I moved in), but I have never had a problem getting up or down the hill when it snowed it has always been clear, and I only have a front wheel drive car. I have lived here for the last 3 years and love it! Everything is well thought out, they even have walking trails, and the views from the apartments are beautiful. You are so close to shopping but you feel like you are far away from everything when you are here. This is by far the nicest apartment community that I have ever lived in, and as I said before I have lived in a lot!!! A+++++

I love it here, I have lived here for five years and have yet to see any trash lying anywhere, the grounds are always immaculate. The apartments are very spacious inside, and the best thing is they have garages, so I don't have to go outside to get into my car, and no scraping the snow off my windshield. It is gated which I like because as a single person I know that not just anyone can drive in. Every time I have called for maintenance they have been there to fix it the same day, no matter what it was, they even put little booties over their shoes so they don't get my floors dirty, very professional. Great place to live!

Very roomy - boyfriends place secluded, two bedrooms. Nice for privacy and not having anyone watching who comes in and out, although there is a gate for protection. The apartments are located so high up on the hill - perfect!

The Complex is well kept, safe, quiet and comforting. The only 2 MAJOR COMPLAINTS I have is the road leading up to the complex DOES NOT HAVE A GUARD RAIL!!! In bad weather conditions this can pose as a HUGE problem. If you do slide off the road there is a HUGE drop!!! According to the owner and the residents who live here The OWNER has NO plans to put up a Guard Rail! If you drive up the hill you will see what I am talking about. The maintenance staff does keep the hill for the most part clear during the winter season however there have been times where it has been DANGEROUS! (Considering I have an all wheel drive car and a front wheel drive car). So putting up a Guard Rail would help significantly with this issue. In addition, the parking lots are not cleared during the winter season unless the area has been hit with several inches of snow which means icy conditions are always a problem!!! My apartment complex is on a slant and when I pull out of my garage I fear of hitting the cars of the apartment complex in front of me all the time!! The apartment rates are pricey considering the area. The apartments are fairly small too. The only reason my family and I are living here is because it's the nicest and safest complex in the surrounding area. So compared to the apartment complexes I have previous lived in this place is good but NOT GREAT by any means!

The buildings are very modern and pricey looking. I think it is the best place in Charleston to rent from. No pets are allowed though and the mgmt are friendly, but strict when it comes to what you can/can't do. Read through all lease and rules FIRST! They slant everything towards the owners instead of keeping it balanced in the lease. You pay rent the first day the unit is available (not the first day you move in)=really stupid. You must touch up all holes in wall and repaint over holes. My friend moved out recently and they charged her to redo the painted holes and then they had the nerve to charge her a cleaning fee (not because she left a mess, but because they had to clean up the mess they created repainting the holes)=very rude and stupid. Security Dep. 1 month rent which is a lot to pay up front. I highly recommend looking over EVERYTHING prior to moving in. My place looked great no issues at all, but just in case they find something when you move out you want it to be your fault. I also plan on them doing the move out walk through with me present! unlike my friend. SO I can fix the issues instead of losing money on security deposit. Very nice place and people (mostly transplants into Charleston), but the garage is awesome etc. Highly recommend it, but protect yourself when dealing with mgmt and CYA. Oh BTW, in lease it says they may enter your apt anytime if they need to fix something. I asked that they give 24hrs notice instead, but would not make the modification to lease.
