Rented: From 2003 To 2004
 
Focused on taking in college students, and pushing to keep the deposits. If you're renting from them be sure to do a very detailed check in and check out, as their main goal is to keep your deposit. I have observed this with multiple college students. Cheap rent, cheap homes. Maitenance was very responsive and the only positive with these rentors.
