Review for Evergreen Apartments

Overall, the apartments themselves are clean and nice. As far as the office manager on the property is concerned, she is the most unprofessional, rude, landlord I have ever dealt with. 10 hour notice to enter, apartment "inspections," among other threatening letters of eviction for various INSANE reasons. Not only that, but the walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbors conversations word for word. This place is worse than living with a parent. Save yourself the hassle and live somewhere else.
