If you are a Whitewater student or even that you just live in Whitewater, this is a great complex. Stettler management is excellent and always dealt with things in an efficient manner. The place was clean when I moved in and well maintained. The common areas were cleaned alot and snow removal is excellent. I would recommend that you not try any other landlord because Stettler is, quite simply, the best.
