Apartment Reviews for Lawton Foundry Apartments - De Pere

I loved living here and had a very positive experience with all the managers over the years. Would not have left if I hadn't moved away to another state. I still miss my wonderful apartment and will probably never find another one like it!! Great location. ambience, and management!!

After two years living in the Lawton Foundry I recently moved out to a duplex. It has not taken long to know how good it was at the foundry. ALL issues were addressed immediately including mantainance concerns. Bonnie is an excellent manager. The grounds are large and she is unable to manage from the desk at all times but does a great job at being available. Noise was a concern when I first moved in but was quickly resolved. The appearance is always being improved. While parking is not the typical small town setup it is sufficiant when residents respect the rules. The building is the most charming and urban in our area and I would not hesitate to live there again.

I have lived in Lawton Foundry for around to years now and can't wait until my lease expires. The safty of the building in not the best don't get me wrong all doors have locks on them but many doors stick and do not close tight so anyone could end up getting into the building. The parking here is a total nightmare! I work days and my room mate works nights and both of us always have trouble finding a parking place. The manager sends out notices saying that anyone parking in the lots without a pass will be ticketed and that never happens. The appearence is okay the landscaping could be better for the amount of rent and the little land scaping that needs to be done. The office manager is never available for comments or concerns. The noise level is okay. This is not a place for younger people to live because of the older people and couples who complain alot. I have recommended 3 difforent sets of friends to move in here and they have had the same issues with the older residents complaining about basically nothing. I do love the apartment units themselves just because of the difforent layouts and exposed bricks and pipes. The units themselves feel very urban.

Love livening here would recommend to all. Maintenance could do a better job things don't always get fixed the first time. Love livening down town. The building is run very professionally by the manager can always get her help when needs arise. Over all great place to live.
