Apartment Review for Manchester Oaks Apartment

I cannot wait until my lease is up! I feel that if I can help anyone from making a horrible decision by living in these overpriced crappy apartments, then I have paid it forward! The rent for these apartments is a normal price for the area. BUT not for the quality of these apartments. From the outside these apartments look really nice and inviting. Even the first time you walk in the office the management team is nice (that doesnt last). You are paying a mortgage for a crappy apartment with paper thin walls, Windows that are not worth crap! and all around inefficient. When it is windy out and all of my windows are closed there should be no reason for my blinds to be moving. I can feel the cold air when Im sitting in my living room. I can see through the crack by my front door. The maintenance guy is worthless! Im sure he is a busy person but he is not a personable person and makes you feel like its your fault when something goes to crap! Know that you have been for warned!!
