For living in many apartments throughout the years, this is by far the best complex I have lived at. Over 3 years of living here, maintenance has responded quickly to the minor issues I have had, and the office staff has always been friendly. The living has been effortless and easy. The only reason I am moving out is because I have bought a house, but I would definitely recommend Rivershire to anyone looking for a great place to live!

With Root River Parkway in the rear, and busy Hwy 100 a few blocks east, it's the best of both worlds. Watch out for the deer along Morgan Ave., plenty of them especially early in the morning. Staff is just plain GREAT! Maintenance is always done quickly. <P>

Parking was always available for two cars. Visitors did have parking problems. <P>
Loved that the apartments were next to the parkway. We had a dog and were able to walk in the parkway almost daily. <P>
We lived in the older section which bordered the Hills or now called Morgan Grove. These are lower income apartments. Only a chainlink fence seperated the two. Very noisy. <P>
Would move back to these apartments again if going to the parkway side or the newer side, just stay away from the Morgan Grove side. <P>

HATS OFF 2 WIMMER COMMUNITIES... AREA IS LOUD THOUGH, NEIGHBORS A BIT RUDE... BUT WIMMER IS A GREAT COMPANY 2 RENT FROM... HIGHLY RECOMMEND WIMMER!
