Apartment Reviews for Rose Valley Apartments - Menomonee Falls

I rented an apartment in Menomonee Falls for 19 years. The first years were wonderful and the property was well taken care of. When Tom McCarren bought the property is when everything went downhill. I have complained to the Management numerous times about the animals that have gotten into the attic crawl space and make their way into the walls. Nothing was done to eliminate them. The basement leaks and the mold builds up and travels upstairs. The mold in my bathroom was so bad that the wall was falling apart in pieces. The health concerns from the mold have also been ignored. I have cleaned in the basement by the wash area many times for there is no cleaning done there. And have stood in an inch of water on the floor to clean the washers and dryers so they could be used. The leaky basement is for many reasons but one was the tree just too close to the house of which I let them know that it should come down.
I have fortuneately now moved and noticed a significant improvement in my health. Mr. McCarron is a slum lord only looking to collect money from those that have to live in these deplorable conditions.
