Review for Deer Creek Apartments

I have lived here for almost 2 years cause we were con'd into a 2 year lease in order to save money. HUGE mistake. We did get 2 underground parking stalls so that was nice. The management are not very friendly, especially the corporate office. We tried to transer the lease to another property and they shot us down very quick! But, then they turn around and start to allow up to 60 lbs dogs in 2 buildings (1 happen to be ours) and they did not ask our opinion of that option, nor did they offer to move us to another building, it was "We are allowing dogs, have a nice day....." Don't be fooled by the water run off green space, it is very loud with birds and frogs........And the office buildings on the other side of the green space don't have "quiet" times, the snow plows, lawn mowers, and generators are VERY loud!! The apartment we had faced NE and we had absolutly no air flow in the apartment what so ever, very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Oh, and did I mention they have signs posted everywhere that say "do not walk on grass!" How friendly is that???
