Review for Overlook Pass Apartments

The biggest problem with the overlook pass apartments has to be the resident managers. They hate to be bothered and have NEVER fixed anything in my apartment. They don't shovel the sidewalks when it snows (tenants do it), they pretend they're not home when someone comes to their door for help, and they don't return your phone calls until you threaten to go to a higher authority. Which of course wouldn't help anyway because Maxon (the landlord) is a rich, stuck up man who only wants his laundry money. Needless to say these people are the lowest of lowest when it comes to being good managers and they'd rather sit outside with a cocktail than actually doing some work! These people lie through their teeth and will tell you it's a quiet place to live, but when the police are called in the middle of the night because of all the racket and fighting you quickly learn that it is far from peaceful. Especially when the managers are the ones causing the noise! Most the neighbors are super nice which is the only good thing about this dump, but some are just crazy. Let's just say those are the ones who like to drink the cocktails with the managers. Well that about somes up the ever so wonderful Overlook Pass apartments. Good luck with your search!
