Review for Harbor Point Apartments

Dirty, stained carpet Ragedy elevator that shakes as it rides up the shaft Entrance and hallway doors are badly scratched and worn out Smelly, odorous hallways; new odor every day Walls are scratched up and dirty-looking Visitors have said it needs to be renovated Complaints have not resulted in a nicer appearance, but they seem to give this building "A+" rating The hallways and lobby makes the building look old, dirty and just an all around unpleasant place to live in
