Review for Harbor Point Apartments

We recently renewed our lease but plan on moving as soon as it is up. Since renewing, our car was stolen and we found out that 2 other tenents cars were broken in to. Many people have moved out or will be moving out soon due to the security problems. The building we live in is very nice but it does have a few cosmetic issues; you'll get that when you rent. Whenever something is broken though, it is fixed quickly by the maintenence staff, usually the next day after notifying them. The office staff is friendly and I have never had any problems with them.
