Review for Layton Grove Metro Assoc Apartments

The building is old. Air conditioners are old, maybe mid 70's early 80's models, barely cools the apartment to 80 degrees on hot/humid summer days. Heating system is the floor mounted water heated things that barely heat the apartment in frigid cold nights. I have a temperature gauge in my unit and it barely hit 65 on a frigid 15 degree night. The parking lot is full of pot holes. We have our own designated parking spots but you will constantly have someone else parked in your spot. So in conclusion, if you dont mind the things that I listed, then this place may be for you.
