Bruce field is a tony robbins wannabe. I fixed up 5 of his units in 3 weeks, or tried as best as I was allowed. He let people move in to a unit with a bedroom door that was 28" wide in a 30" wide opening! East side north side it's all the same to little bruce. So CONTRACTORS beware! RENTERS $649.00 a month for a crappy 2 bdr with no L.R.? Go for it.
