Broken windows. No screens. Which means, if there's a fire, good luck getting out of a window safely. No screens means, fry in your unit in the summer time or have bugs. They love whittling down your security deposit. I agree with the earlier posters, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Mr. Field is a stickler and will look for ways to keep your money. He also will put things in your lease that other management companies won't. i.e. WATER, GARBAGE, ETC.

They love nickel and diming you.

I would avoid them like the plague but do as you wish! Grab your ankles!
