I lived in this building for one year and got out as soon as my lease was up. It is extremely outdated and over priced. The quality of the apartments are slim to none. Appliances are from the 1970's and the walls are paper thin. You can hear people having conversations at all times. The elevators are slow and the hallways are outdated and resemble a motel 6 from the 1970's. The pool area is outdated, but at least offers a nice view of the lake. The only reason this place can get the rents it charges is because it's over the lake. The rest is pathetic. Worst of all a new management group has taken over and raised prices over 15%. Unacceptable for this quality. Be wise and rent at a newer location if you want to pay decent rent.
