New management sucks. They jacked up the prices on an already overpriced building. They are also going to begin charging for water use on a community basis (filling up the pool, if someone takes 3, hour-long showers a day), is a shared cost between all tenants. They are also charging if you have more than 5 guests on the pool deck. This was unheard of. Never rent from here.
