Apartment Review for Bell Properties

I provided the required 60 notice to terminate my lease and the management staff said it did not meet the requirements and are chargin me for a full months rent because I pointed out some flaws wth their building in my termination notice. Watch out, they are crooks and will try to take you for everything they can. <P>
The common inside and out areas are never cleaned and you might have hot water if you get up at the crack of dawn or shower at 3 in the morning. Maintenance is never there when they say they will be and the office staff treat you like you are the scum of the earth. Be warned, don't live in any Bell Property building unless you have money to throw away and don't care about not being safe. <P>
Also one of the apartments in our building was broken into and the tenant was home and robbed. the office did not provide any type of notice to the other tenants about the robbery, they quietly moved that tenant out and didn't say a word. If you don't want to be robbed from by burglars or the management staff don't live here. Cambridge ave, Milwaukee. <P>
