I moved in couple of mounths ago in my appartment. I read about this appartment complex on this site and talked to manager about it. He told me the old management is all gone and I like the new guys. So, just check it out before making a decision........

If you don't realize this the moment you step inside, you should know that there are three type of people who live here:
1) Friendly elderly people who have lived here for years
2) Doctors getting there residency who work at Froedtert Hospital
3) Young professionals
It's quiet, cheap, free heat and gas. Underground locked, heated parking. Downside is that upkeep is rather poor, definitely reminds everyone of "grandma's house" on the outside and in hallways. Inside of our apartment is great, new fixtures, some new appliances, new carpet. Animal friendly, friendly landlords although I feel they have a lot on their plate and should probably have more office/maintanence help. Low crime neighborhood, Wauwatosa is a few blocks north or west, Brookfield isn't far off.
