Moved in 2 years ago at $505 rent. Amazing rooftop balcony sold me on it. But after 2 years, the rent somehow spiked to $700, the rooftop patio is always closed, and they lied about getting me a parking spot. Great neighborhood to live in, but not worth the money. <P>
