Apartment Reviews for Hjr Investors Inc - Milwaukee

These people are uneducated slumlords who are greed driven. All of their properties are not up to code and in high crime, low income areas. My complaint is approximately 32 of the frivolous eviction actions taken against the young, poor and indigent since they bought the company in 2008. Please don't ever be late with your rent because you will be hauled into court, sued, and bombarded with fees you can't afford. I guess setting one up for failure is the ultimate goal due to not verifying income and creditworthiness. No one with those credentials are going to rent in that area anyway. I think these people will get an eyeopener soon anyway. Evicted tenants=no rent=property foreclosures. Get a clue. the worst part is, they will gather up an ghetto family member they can, open your door, and physically force you out. (NOT SMART, EXTREMELY ILLEGAL) I'm taking action on behalf of these people and fully intend to educate them of their rights and also information for Legal Aid.
